The Hennessey Camaro gets Big Brother Muscle
Don’t you ever wonder why car tuners cannot wait to get their hands of a spanking new car if only so they can then rip it apart. Think they even take it for a spin around the block? Thus is the case with Hennessey Performance, a company that took a new 2010 Camaro and yanked out the engine as soon as they could.

What soon transpired an engine swap that located a LS9 supercharged Corvette ZR-1 motor into the heart of the new Camaro. Ah but HPE never leaves an engine stock for long. The Camaro is now rocking over 700 HP and 700 ft.-lb of torque. Those are some huge numbers that should provide lots of tire shredding.
There are some optional 15-inch carbon brakes as an option, but you can guarantee they will cost a pretty penny. But then again you need some excellent stoppers. There are also HPR edition wheels wrapped in Michelin tires. The suspension is also upgraded with soilovers and sway bars. The exterior upgrades are an aerodynamic body kit, including Carbon Fiber front and rear lip spoilers and some side skirts.
All this should rocket the HPE 700 Camaro from o-60 MPG in 3.7 seconds with a ¼ mile time of 11.3 @125. Oh and the Price is just a smidge over $100k! Thanks to Hennessey for the Images.

woah woah, pricey.
would love to give it a spin tho
The Hennessey Camaro is really big engine car – fast and very strong. Really like it, in spite of the high price
hell yeah, that’s one pretty good ride, but i doubt this kind of cars will come to my country..sigh..
This one is awesome. Despite the muscular looks, its quite elegant and would surely let you ride in style. Reminds me of Transformers.
All I can say is “My Word!”
Love the site

That is a muscular looking vehicle right there. It has that classical look, but is still modernized very well. Just a sweet car that will appeal to many demographics.
Love this car. If you want to see what it looks like with a cool lighting mod, check out this video:

That thing looks like it would haul some serious ass. Really good looking car.

Just looks so tough siting there.
Do not buy this without the carbon brakes! lol!!!!!
I feel its muscle from here! hehehehe
thanks a lot
That is a very sweet ride but I still prefer the lines of the Vette.
I liked the Camaro since it came out as a prototype; it is a great looking car; the engine these guys put under the hood is a monster and it sounds like one too; this car has more power than an acrobatics plane;
I would buy one anytime.
Love this car. It is just so rugged and yet stylish and sopisticated. Great site with some of the best cars out there.
That thing is awesome!!
wow love the cars and the option for the carbon brakes. i love the site.
I own a really quick Z51 Corvette with about 500hp, I can only imagine how fun that Camero would be to drive.
