Dubbed the Black Force One, this Chevrolet Corvette combines style and power to create on nasty ride! LOMA Performance out of Germany has taken a stock Corvette C6 to the extreme. This limited edition car will have a production run of 25 vehicles making this car a rare one indeed. If you have an extra $250k in your pocket might as well spend it on maybe the meanest muscle car in the world!
The stock Corvette LS3 engine belts out over 430 horsepower from 6.2 liters of displacement. Well the Loma Performance ups the ante to a blistering 780 HP! This is due to the addition of two turbochargers. The engine exhaust exits through a super lightweight sport exhaust system. Power is transferred through a carbon clutch down a carbon fiber driveshaft to reduce weight. The BlackForce One Corvette rockets from 0-60 MPH in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 205 MPH. This is ultimate supercar territory; a Bugatti Veyron is about the only thing that accelerates faster!

The handling chores are taken care of by a full set of LOMA-coilovers. These are multi-adjustable and feature settings to adjust rebound and dampening. Some sweet gloss black OZ Ultraleggera rims fill up the wheel gap while Michelin Sport tires wrap said rims. A super high tech braking system is employed and features carbon fiber and ceramic components which drastically reduce weight.
Pretty much every aspect of this Corvette has been modified. The interior is full of carbon fiber and supple leather. The wide body kit sports all carbon fiber pieces including a front clip, side skirts, and rear diffuser. You can opt for the carbon fiber adjustable wing also. And this car comes in 3 special colors to boot! Source:http://www.loma-performance.de/loma/c6-blackforceone/

I love the Germans! These guys really know how to optimize stuff! 430HP to 780HP, this is almost double power increase! I bet our US engineers could make it somewhat better too in the means of power – if Germans got to make it almost 100% more powerful, then GM-engineers could do better from the beginning and missed somewhere…
The new Corvette C6 was decided to boast a performance level of the current Z06 model. Chevrolet wanted the base model to be as powerful as their current 400 hp top of the line Z06. Along with this added horsepower, they wanted speed. Comfortable top speed in the 180 mph range
Thanks for great post! They are really very cool, specially, I like the first one.
One of the cars i love and admire most ! Thanks to “Harley Earl ” who designed the base model and you who wrote bout it..
I couldn’t even imagine driving a car like this. The thought of the standard LS3 outfitted with two turbos seems quasi-frightening (in a good way of course). It’s insanely fast stock!
